Celebrate Valentine’s Day at the library with a fun, hands-on program where participants create a festive ribbon wreath using colorful materials, simple techniques, and plenty of creativity to take home and enjoy. Wreath will be a tied ribbon wreath, but could be different than the one pictured.

There is a $10 cash fee for this program. Registration will not be confirmed until payment is received.

Any registrants that register at both libraries will have their registration cancelled.
